About us

To harness its enormous potential, Kemper en van Twist (KVT) and Quantum ES has been gasifying Perkins diesel engines over the last 25 years. Today we are designing, developing and manufacturing gas engines meeting worldwide customer needs more precisely than ever before. This international success can be attributed to QVT’s philosophy of putting customers at the heart of our business and together meeting market challenges, anticipating the changing requirements.

As demand for cleaner power increases throughout the world, our insight and experience means we can tailor Perkins engines specifically to meet your needs, now and in the future. That`s why we have developed a versatile range of gas engines between 10 KW to 90 KW, which meet all the fundamental requirements for your gas-fuelled applications in this range. The gas engines are based on Perkins diesel engines and therefore compact, reliable, service- friendly and supported by the World Wide Perkins Distributor Network, while meeting the current power demands.

Looking for a clean gas engine with a high reliability? With Perkins approval of our gas engines as well as the Perkins 4000 series we have a versatile gas range between 10 KW to 1.042 KW, chosen on the specification in LNG, CNG, LPG in fuel or biogas application. Our large engines are designed to provide electrical power generation or combined heat/cooling and power, while our medium engines provide the same clean energy into forklift trucks, telecommunications towers, cogen and smaller generator sets.
